AR.BE was founded in January 1990, as a natural evolution of the first mechanical workshop founded in Milan in 1971 by Arnaldo Bergamaschi, father of the current generation.
Today, now in its third generation, we operate with expertise and dedication in the precision mechanics sector.

Every order, from a single prototype to complex series production , follows a meticulous process: all phases—from ordering to delivery—are recorded and archived so that every work progress can be tracked and traced using barcodes.
CAD/CAM Analysis and Programming:
The process begins with a thorough analysis of your technical drawing or CAD model.
Our qualified technicians use state of the art CAD/CAM software to optimize toolpaths, simulate machining cycles, and define the most efficient production strategy. This allows
us to minimize waste and ensure that each part is produced within strict tolerances.
Precision CNC Machining:
Programming is transferred to our machining centers, the heart of
our business. They
work synergistically, ensuring fast and precise machining of a wide range of materials.
Whether CNC turning or 4-axis milling, our technology allows us to tackle complex
geometries and achieve high-quality surface finishes.
Finishing and Additional Treatments:
After the main machining process, the parts can be subjected to specific treatments.
Using our ITF sandblasting machine, we perform surface finishing, la ,
deburring and
mechanical cleaning, removing burrs and imperfections, leaving a uniform appearance.
Thanks to our network of certified partners, we can also handle external treatments,
providing a ready to use product.
